KROVER CASE STUDY
Krovor is a fictitious travel insurance company that provides customized policies to protect customer’s tech equipment. This ensures that they are not over or under insured. The App allows for easy policy management and clear information on how to make a claim.
The target market are digital nomads aged 18–35 who LOVE their tech and would rarely leave home without it. Their equipment provides them an income and is utilized for their hobbies. They do not respond to aspirational, highly-styled imagery but rather real life adventures. The tone of voice is encouraging and adventurous, with a whisper of YOLO.
